Why Hypnotictracks are so effective

We use a 5 stage process  in order to ready you to receive  positive programming suggestions i.e for weight loss, stop smoking, stress etc

1. Fractional relaxation, to relax your body from head to toe. Sam`s hypnotic voice is trained re pitch/pace/volume/energy and articulation.

2. Misdirection,  suggestions are given to both conscious and subconscious mind. The conscious mind does not like repetition whilst the subconscious mind does. This creates a confusional state and so the subconscious mind is more accessible.

3. Deepener, this part of the induction deepens the trance state by use of visualisation  and imaginary stairs to enable you to go into a more relaxed  hypnotic state.

4.The Lewis Wolberg Arm Levitation technique. This test for subconscious reaction by use of arm levitation. This is proof positive that you are in trance state/hypnosis.

5.Numbers.Suggestions are given to count back from 100 and so allow the numbers to simple float out of your mind.So "your body is relaxed and your mind is relaxed, ready to receive positive powerful suggestions". Quote from tracks.

Once you are ready to receive those suggestions the programming begins. Hypnotic language   needs to be simple, clean and full of energy. Repeating key words  is essential and these are used several times over to imbed them into your subconscious mind. This enables you to get those results.

Ultimate Weight Loss Package

This package consists of weight loss tracks, modules and a bonus NLP course.  The tracks cover weight loss, how to keep it off, exercise, sweet tooth, comfort eating and so on.
